POLY-PHEN®

POLY-PHEN® is a virucidal, bactericidal and fungicidal disinfectant agent made up of the combination of synthetic phenol groups, widely used in veterinary production and industry and available in packs of 1 liter and 5 liters.

It is the only product available in the market whose formula contains combined synthetic phenols and chemical enhancers, which gives it some differentials compared to other classes of disinfectants or even other combinations of synthetic phenols available, among which we highlight:

- High residual power;

- Efficiency even in the presence of organic matter;

- Reaches target microorganisms faster than other phenols;

- Good operation in both acidic and alkaline environments;

- Biodegradable, with deodorizing action.

How to use

Broilers and Layers breeders

- Cleaning: Apply DETER SELL-CB® in the dilution of 1:300, allow to act for 20 minutes and then rinse;

- 1st Disinfection: Apply the AVT-450® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:500;

- 2nd Disinfection: Apply the POLY-PHEN® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:250;

- 3rd Disinfection: Spray in the POLY-PHEN® in the dilution of 1:250 in the environment with the equipment mounted.

Broilers and Commercial Layers

- Cleaning: Apply AVT-40® in the dilution of 1:500 using water under pressure (rinseless);

- 1st Disinfection: Apply the AVT-450® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:1000. In case of high challenge, apply AVT-450® in the dilution of 1:500.

- 2nd Disinfection: Apply the AVT-450® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:1000. In case of high challenge, apply POLY-PHEN® in the dilution of 1:250.

Swine Production:

Maternity/crèche:

- Cleaning: Apply DETER SELL- CB® in the dilution of 1:300, allow to act for 20 minutes and then rinse;

- 1st Disinfection: apply the POLY-PHEN® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:250;

- 2nd Disinfection: apply the POLY-PHEN® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:250 one day before the female enters the maternity and/or the piglets in the crèche.

In case of challenges with Isospora suis, apply the POLY-PHEN® in the dilution of 1:100, in the lower parts of the maternity (floors, walls, retractor), on the 3rd and 10th day, after birth of the piglets.

The same dilution should be used on the 7th day after accommodating the piglets in the crèche.

Fattening/termination/pregnancy:

- Cleaning: Apply DETER SELL-CB® in the dilution of 1:300, allow to act for 20 minutes and then rinse.

- Disinfection: Apply the AVT-450® on the dry facilities in the dilution of 1:1000.

- Consult a specialized expert from POLY SELL®.

Note: These programs waive the use of Formaldehyde and its derivatives in the disinfection of facilities
