INDICATIONS:

TEK-TROL® is a foaming detergent system especially formulated for use in heavy cleaning, wetting and penetrating the organic matter present on the surfaces and facilitating rinsing. TEK-TROL® is recommended for direct use on ceramic, glass, stainless steel aluminum, chromium, galvanized metal surfaces and other non-porous surfaces like treated wood, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), polystyrene, vinyl, fiberglass, ethylene propylene, acrylic, polyurethane. Disinfected surfaces in contact with foods must be rinsed with potable water before reuse.

For cleaning and disinfection:

Pig farming: non-porous surfaces of the maternity, crèche, fattening and termination bays and transport vehicles.

Poultry (chicken, turkey, duck and ostrich): facilities for broilers, reproducers and layers; hatcheries; air-conditioning, fumigation, humidification equipment; vehicles; bird boxes; footbaths.

Horse breeding: stables, bays, maternity, paddock and vehicles.

Special environments: hospitals, research centers and medical clinics, schools, veterinary ambulatories and clinics, research labs, zoos and kennels.

Animal origin food industry: cleaning of walls and floors of food processing, packaging, freezing and filling facilities.

For mist:

TEK-TROL® is recommended for complementary application before or after routine cleaning and disinfection. Request for direction from POLY SELL® to choose the best mist scheme.

Well ventilated areas: do not remain in the room during mist. Only 10 to 15 minutes are required before reusing the facility.

Poorly ventilated areas: allow TEK-TROL® to act for at least 2 hours and, if necessary, ventilate strongly before reusing.

The toxicity tests required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of the United States for TEK-TROL® disinfectant-cleaner were conducted according to the Regulations of Good Laboratory Practices.

POSOLOGY & HOW TO USE:

Dilute TEK-TROL® in the ratio of 1:250 or 4.0 ml of product for every 1 liter of water.

Para General Use:

1. To clean, disinfect and deodorize walls, floors, tables, water troughs, sinks, refrigerators, stoves, public restrooms, waste bins: remove accumulated dirt and heavy dirt with a preliminary cleaning and apply TEK-TROL® with a sponge, mechanical spray, aspersion equipment, ensuring that all surfaces are completely wet. Leave the surface wet for 10 minutes. Dry in the air.

 

2. To clean and disinfect food & water troughs, perches, cages, combs, brushes, trichotomy devices, scissors and rubber objects: wash the objects and soak for 10 minutes in a solution containing TEK-TROL®. Rinse food and water troughs before reusing.

3. To disinfect fabrics like bed sheets, overalls and uniforms: first rinse to remove accumulated dirt and larger stains, then soak for 10 minutes in a solution of TEK-TROL®.

For use in poultry, pig farms, horse stables and bovine facilities:

1. Remove all animals and feeds before the procedures. 2. Remove all vehicles, cages, crates, food and water troughs. 3. Remove all accumulated earth, waste, manure, waste of the animals from the floors, walls and surfaces of the barns, pens, stables, chutes and other installations and places transposed by the animals. 4. Clean completely and saturate all surfaces with a solution of TEK-TROL®. Use high-pressure spray or apply a layer of foam using appropriate equipment. 5. Leave in contact for at least 10 minutes. 6. Dip: halters, ropes and other types of equipment used in the handling and containment of animals; forks, shovels and scythes (used to remove waste and manure) in a solution of TEK-TROL®. Leave in contact for 10 minutes. 7. Completely brush the food troughs that are being treated, troughs, fountains and automatic water troughs with a solution of TEK-TROL®. Rinse with potable water before use. 8. Ventilate constructions, cages and other closed spaces. Do not return the animals, as well as equipment used until the treatment has been absorbed, fixed or dried. 9. Do not use in milking facilities

For use in bird cages:

1. Remove all birds, food and water troughs from the cages. 2. Remove accumulated dirt and waste of the birds with a preliminary cleaning and apply TEK-TROL®. When using graduated dropper, mix 2 mL of TEK-TROL® in 520 ml of water in the bottle of the sprayer. Spray or wash, ensuring that all surfaces are completely wet. Leave the surfaces wet for 10 minutes. Dry in air. Return the birds to the cages.

For sanitation of incubatable eggs:
    
TEK-TROL® is recommended as sanitizer of incubatable eggs, with best results attained in water at temperature of 25°C and 43°C. The dilution recommended is of 1:250 and can be applied through automatic washing systems, immersion tanks, aspersion equipment, low-pressure sprays and mist systems.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL

Residues of pesticides are highly dangerous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mix or improper washing is a Federal Law violation. If these residues cannot be disposed of according to the label's instructions, contact the local Environmental Protection Agency, or POLYSELL®, for further directions. Do not contaminate the water, food or feed in the storage or disposal of TEK-TROL®.

Disposal of recipients: triple washing (or equivalent). Then send for recycling or repackaging, or perforate in sanitary landfill, or for incineration, or, if allowed by the state or local authorities, burning. If burning, remain away from the smoke.
